Terms of use
Last updated: [date] · Text in [brackets] is a placeholder to be completed before launch.
What this is
These terms apply to the Pricepast website and browser extension (the "service"), operated by [company name] ("we"). Installing the extension or using the site means you accept them.
What the service does
The service records the asking prices and status of listings published on Property24 and shows you their history and time on market. The free parts are free. Paid parts (such as the Fair Price Report) will have their own price and description before you can buy them; today nothing is for sale.
Accuracy
Price history is built from what portals displayed when we or other users observed the listing. We may miss changes, see them late, or mix up relisted items. The history is a help for your own judgement, not a valuation, a survey or financial advice. Always check the listing itself and, for property or a car, inspect before you buy.
Acceptable use
You may use the service for your own purchase research. You may not scrape, bulk-download, resell or redistribute our data, overload the service, or use it to harass sellers or agents. We may block device tokens that abuse the service.
Paid features
When paid features launch, prices will be shown before purchase, including taxes. Subscriptions will be cancellable at any time and stop at the end of the paid period. Reports are delivered digitally; where the law gives you a right of withdrawal, we will explain how to use it. [Refund policy]
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you take based on the information shown, nor for interruptions of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.
Changes
We may change these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page at least [30] days before they apply. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [country]. Disputes go to the courts of [city, country], unless consumer law gives you the right to use the courts of your residence.
